More than happy with the service we received. Our new hob blew and stopped working, so the company we bought it from arranged for an NAC engineer to come out to repair it. The engineer (Josh) needed to call out a total of 3 times, and each time he was on time. On leaving each time he told us ‘you have my number, call me if there there are any problems’. We did have problems because the hob ultimately needed replacing not repairing, and each time we called/messaged Josh we had a timely response.
