For an elderly couple like us, this is the kind of service we want. From the first call, when all was explained, including the “One off” call out, no further charge ( except if parts required obviously). Engineer ( local )
attended same day, clean, tidy, knowledgable, polite.
Part required, ordered same day, both company and engineer kept us updated every step of the way.
Engineer came with part, fitted, all working. Job done, what more could you ask.
Will definitely use company again and recommend.

Barely out of guarantee my oven stopped heating, and at this time of year the last thing I needed was the cost of a new oven. NAC accepted my repair and an engineer visited a day later. The element had gone, but he had a replacement and had it fitted within minutes. I couldn’t have been more pleased. The engineer was polite, efficient, and very professional. In all, would highly recommend NAC for repairs to kitchen appliances.

Really fantastic in an emergency. Came out next day gave me a 3hour window so didn’t have to wait in all day. Came on time were thorough when looking at why my washing machine was tripping my electrics. Unfortunately we needed a new machine, but I would use again for handy aspect of this service.

Very happy with NAC, who managed the whole process very well. It was easy to contact them and they kept me informed about when the engineer was going to arrive. The engineer was prompt and efficient and told me what had gone wrong with my dishwasher, explaining what to do in the future.
