Absolutely amazing service, after being let down by another company yesterday and told there was going to be another weeks wait to get an engineer to me, I had attempted to call NAC yesterday evening, but it was after closing. This morning a lovely lady called me and said she could have an engineer to me today, within 20 mins I had a call from the engineer to say they would be there in 10 mins. The engineer who came was lovely and the problem fixed quickly for the agreed price with no hidden charges.
My oven was repaired quickly and well. The engineer was friendly and professional. I am satisfied and I can recommend NAC to others. Thank you.

The engineer (Danny) was quick to detect the problem and took time to explain the fix. He effected the repair a few days later (after the parts arrived) and was quick, neat and tidy.
