Initial arrangement over the phone was easy. An appointment was made for the engineer and this was confirmed the evening before he came. A part was ordered and fitted when it came – with good communication about everything. I’ve used NAC before, and I’ll use them again.

Impressed by the business model promise and equally by the actual delivery. Fixed price labour by a friendly and competent contractor to NAC, 4-5 hour time slot later narrowed down in advance to help plan for the visit, spares ordered and as soon as available, a return visit organised and done on time.
It was a simple rather than complex oven problem but based on this first experience, I would use again.
Suspect this is the model of the future for many forms of domestic services.
