From the first contact to completion of the job, I was very impressed. I was promised a visit from an engineer the day after my call. Mark arrived promptly at 8am, and he very quickly diagnosed the problem and reassured me that it could be sorted, despite the age of my American fridge freezer. Within 3 working days he called to say he had the parts, came out the same day, and all sorted! Excellent and prompt service throughout. I shall certainly recommend to others. Thank you.
