I contacted NAC as my neff combi/microwave kept tripping our electrics and they came out the following day. Josh was absolutely brilliant. He was kind and respectful and told us what was needed to repair the oven. We were so grateful that it could be repaired and didn’t have to buy a new oven. First class service.
The booking service was swift and friendly. Dealing with a real human being at the end of the line. The engineer who carried out the job on my fridge freezer was very professional and happy to talk me through the process of what he was doing. One happy customer here and would highly recommend them.
Kate was amazingly helpful and solved my problem quickly. She had an engineer booked for me the next day where is the manufacturer couldn’t do something for 10 days. Polite, helpful and definitely a five star service.
