Mike was very friendly and helpful. He came in the estimated time interval, assessed the issue with my oven, explained to me what he needed to do and the breakdown of the cost and fixed the oven in less than 30 mins. Very happy about it, I can now use my oven; very good timing for the fix, with Christmas approaching really needed a functional oven. Thank you!
