The engineer arrived well within the allocated time slot and was friendly throughout his visit. He determined the cause of the problem, resolved stand tidied up afterwards. There were no additional charges. I would be happy to recommend them to others on the basis of the service received.
Experienced technician who tried hard to fix our machine. There were no parts available. I asked him for his advice on best most reliable replacement. He suggested John Lewis and their offer on Miele. They supplied and fitted a new machine, very happy, apart from unforeseen expense!

What a fantastic find NAC was. Non working hob and electric oven fixed ASAP at low cost and no fuss. Becky took my call to NAC and was extremely efficient and at the same time friendly and thorough. Gavin who came out the next working day to fix was equally efficient and friendly and someone I felt immediately I could trust. The £75 call out to include all labour is great for budgeting and saves any nasty surprises. 100% excellent service all round and very happy to recommend.
