From my initial call i had an engineer here the following day, they were able to diagnose the issue that night and with a call back the following day a part was ordered and the fitting booked in.
The repair now complete and we have a fully functioning dishwasher. 🙂
Clear and efficient
The chap arrived, asses the oven and explained clearly what my options were, replace one part, or both parts, albeit the other piece could last months, or hours. I appreciated the clear explanation and options he provided. I decided to replace both parts and he ordered them immediately. He promised to keep me informed of their deliver and did call me once they had arrived, offering to come earlier than scheduled to fix the oven. However I wasn’t available so we kept to the original appointment day and time. When he arrived the work was completed quickly and an explanation of what to expect now the new parts were fitted, was given.
All in all, I have no negatives to report.

Engineer arrived at the agreed time and sorted issue within half an hour. Would highly recommend.
What a marvellous service! I had a house-ful of guests and the Meile washing machine developed a fault (I have had it for 15 years). The engineer arrived on time, and quickly knew what the fault was. He showed us what the problem was and was able to repair it without needing a new part.
There was another occasional problem in that the machine was not draining properly. He looked at that too, and found a small piece of glass in the filter, the only possible cause.
What a relief, what wonderful service.
Contacting the company was easy, and a booking was made for the next day which, when in a panic was wonderful. The engineer arrived as booked, and despite an audience to see what was being done, he resolved the problem. He recommended two parts be replaced and put this information on the job number for us to decide when we wanted it done.
Call answered promptly. Very nice lady arranged for engineer to visit next day.

Fast and efficient repair
Right from my first contact with Rebecca at NAC I have received cheerful, friendly and efficient service. Having the contact number for the repair engineer was very helpful as I had to rearrange the first call. On the day I had a eta, then a more specific arrival time. Roberto quickly diagnosed the problem and the parts required. I called NAC to book the repair for the following week, which was completed first thing this morning.
