Prompt and efficient call out, quick identification of initial issue but reviewed whole appliance. Parts ordered and paid for using efficient automated system. I did call back to progress but only as we were getting close to Christmas but they arranged fitting of parts for the next day. Also good advice as to why the main fault occurred in the first place. Highly recommend and fitter was a nice chap.
The engineer knew instantly what the problem was with 17 years of experience with dishwashers. The pump had failed. He replaced it and put it through a 90 degree cycle to give it a good rinse and all is well for our dirty pots and pans! No fuss and he just got on with the job. A reasonable rate for call out and parts to be fair given the machine it is 13 years old. Saved buying a new one!!!
Contacted NAC and was allocated engineer (Mark) for our area.
Mark attended on date agreed and identified fault in Grill element.
He returned a few days later with replacement part and affected repair.
Oven/Grill working as new, just in time for Christmas.
The repair was carried out with care for the things around the engineer new his job well and gave me confidence’s that he knew exactly what he was doing I will use his services again if I need any repairs
