Very quick and professional
Had wanted to use a local company to fix my oven but came across NAC online. Really helpful and friendly even though I was a little apprehensive to start. No need though as they were upfront about the costs and great with comms all the way. The chappie that came was polite hardworking and friendly. Diagnosed the fault after thoroughly testing and within seconds of him leaving the option to buy the replacement part had come through. NAC telephoned to set up a repeat visit and all went very smoothly. My NAC engineer came faster than any of the local people I contacted and I’m honestly really pleased I went with them.

Diagnosed the problem correctly (unlike the two previous companies contacted) sourced the part needed in a couple of weeks. They didn’t charge for the second visit to fit the component, though they did charge three times the warehouse price for it. All in all, very good.
The engineer turned up when he said he was checked over my machine thoroughly found the fault it couldn’t be repaired on the first visit as a part had to be ordered, but the part was ordered that day and he returned and repaired my machine as soon as parts arrived

NAC were efficient, courteous and did exactly what they said they would do. We were kept in touch by email and text with timings confirmed and with the name of the engineer, who knew what he was doing and as important was very kind to my elderly mother. I would definitely recommend and would use again if needed.
