I thought my tumble dryer had finally given up on me… I so glad I stumbled across NAC repair. Great customer service with regards to keeping me updated and wasn’t as expensive as dreaded it would be. Alex Hadley was our engineer and he was extremely helpful, professional and got the job done in a timely manner. He first came to visit on 29/11/24. He identified the issue straight away.
Fixed it temporarily while he ordered the parts. He came back on the 11/12/2024 to fix the machine. I was kept updated the whole time with regards to when the parts were ordered..when they arrived and when Alex would be coming out. Thankyou NAC repair And thankyou Alex.
