Our freezer broke down when full a week before Christmas. We were able to make alternative storage arrangements pro temp and within 24 hours we had a visit from Alec the engineer. He diagnosed the problem in half an hour ordered the parts and returned to fix the freezer 7 days later. It now works fine and whilst 16 years old is good to last for another 5/6 years
The engineer sent out (Valdimir Hriblan) was quick to work through the issues, make recommendations and get the parts ordered. Install was very smooth and I wouldn’t hesitate to use NAC or Valdimir again.
