Dishwasher broke just before Christmas Day! The engineer came out and diagnosed the problem. Although it couldn’t be fixed that day it was fixed promptly after new year. Very good service, kept up to date and engineer was very efficient.
Our repair man explained everything to us and we felt reassured that if we had anymore trouble with our dishwasher that they would be back to sort it out.

I contacted NAC about my Samsung American style fridge/freezer leaking water, they answered the call & dealt with making a booking easy & advised on a fixed labour price (exc. parts). The repair man attended was in the time slot he advised, said what he thought the issue was & proceeded to fix it without requiring any parts. Then I paid as agreed previously over the phone £85.

The engineer came promptly having telephoned beforehand. He identified the fault and later that morning I had a telephone call to say that the spare part was available and he would return to fix it two days later.
