Excellent service from start to finish. The lady on the phone who booked us in (Yvonne I think her name was) was extremely friendly and helpful, explained the process very clearly. Paul, our engineer was just the same, professional and communicated clearly when he would come and what the issue was. Repaired quickly and for a reasonable price. Would absolutely use NAC again.

Our boiler required to be repaired and a full check was carried out. We were advised what would be required and the cost. The engineer called again to confirm the date and time – everything was done and completed within the promised timescale and the job was excellent. I can’t recommend Nicky & co highly enough.
