No hidden costs. Engineer on time, very helpful with ideas and options. He also made a follow up call to confirm emails sent following visit. Parts had to be ordered so waiting for second visit to repair oven with no further call out or labour charges, only the parts.

From my initial call to NAC, to Josh the engineers arrival the whole experience was excellent. Two visits from Josh where he kept us up to date on progress, to the repair of our microwave we were very pleased with the service.
