Very impressed from start to finish. Easy to book repair, appt booked straight away, inform the name of engineer when he was coming followed by text message night before of time of visit. Engineer also sent text when he was on his way. Problem found and quote sent straight away of price of parts and that they were in stock, five days later engineer returned. Problem was fixed, great service every step of the way, highly recommend.
The engineer arrived on time ,soon found the problem and informed me on what he had to do,get a new part. He has now been back and installedsame. I am satisfied with the results.

The engineer arrived the next day and diagnosed the fault with the washing machine, the repair was carried out when the new part arrived. It was done very efficiently and all staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
I was originally given a Monday date for my repair which was fine. However the engineer called on the Friday before and asked were we at home as he was coming to do our repair. He came around 4pm sorted the problem in minutes. He was very pleasant very professional. I was pleased and would call this company again

How nice to get a friendly convivial person on the phone who was happy to help and work around the fact the property was tenanted so needed a slightly different payment arrangement.
