Got same day appointment, Engineer called before arrival, he was very thorough testing the appliance, for any sort of leakages.

Quick response to my request for help. I was kept well informed all along the process (1st & 2nd visit) about the timings. The repair needed 2 spare parts which had to be ordered before the final repair could be done. The engineer was polite and thorough.

Great service from NAC. Our dishwasher had gone wrong so I called NAC. They explained all the charges and arranged the engineer to visit.

Dylan, the engineer was punctual and polite. He left the work area tidy and explained what was needed to repair the appliance.

He returned, as planned, a week later with the appropriate part and again was punctual and very tidy.

All in all a superb service at a great price.
