Great service and would definitely recommend to anyone. Originally the wrong part was ordered for my washing machine repair but was all sorted with huge apologies. I now have a working washing machine again and am very happy.
The engineer explained what had caused the leak and cleaned up all the old dirty stale water that was lingering under tbe machine. Very helpful

The engineer turned up on time and was very polite and friendly. It turned out that our oven wasn’t faulty but was an issue with our electrics. He explained everything so we understood. Will use again in the future if we need to.
