There were two things in particular that lead me to rate the service I received from NAC as excellent: (1) the communication – the company responded efficiently to my enquiry; I was given a number to contact the engineer (Mustafa) who replied promptly and gave me a reasonable window for his visit which he kept to (2) the pragmatic advice he gave on the issue with my cooker without pushing for more expensive repairs. Highly recommended!

From booking to completion I was most impressed. Also a very fair price.

We received an excellent service from NAC. We needed an integrated dish washer removed as we couldn’t manage it ourselves. Mark not only removed the old one, he also fitted the new one which wasn’t part of the original job. I would definitely use NAC again.

The booking program was easy, they kept me informed throughout the process with updates and accurate ETA estimates. The repair engineer came on time, phoning me first, he was friendly, efficient and transparent repairing my dishwasher first time within a short time testing it to ensure all was well at a reasonable cost outlined before the repair.

Nice polite Engineer arrived in good time, straight into diagnosis of our problem explaining each step as he went along, appeared very knowledgeable and efficient with the job at hand, thank you, would use this service again and recommend to others

Came out too look at my oven on the 19th of December told me what was wrong but couldn’t guarantee it would be fixed for Christmas but he turned up up Christmas Eve and it’s fixed I can’t thank you enough

Lovely repair gentleman. Fixed my oven quickly and efficiently. Poor guy had to put up with a full kitchen doing Christmas prep and three grandchildren running riot. He was lovely, quiet and calm. Thank you so much
