Prompt and well-communicated service throughout. Engineer pleasant and professional; identified problem and ascertained that parts for our 18 year old Neff oven were available. Subsequent appointment for fitting arranged and all carried out efficiently.

Excellent company. I was able to choose the best date/day for repair and was kept informed of time with plenty of notice. The engineer was friendly and knowledgeable and had our oven fixed across 2 visits (needed a part) with no problems! Would highly recommend and would definitely use again 😃
