I booked the earliest time slot possible, Tuesday, when my oven stopped working over the weekend. First thing Monday morning the engineer rang me and asked if I would be available after lunch that day (Monday). This was much more convenient so I agreed. He quickly assessed the problem And said unfortunately due to the age of the cooker, he would need to order the replacement parts so would come back on Thursday, which he did. He arrived promptly was polite and efficient. I would certainly call NAC for an future problem
