The allocated repair people were great reliable as advertised no further charge to return when they had the part. The arrangements for appointments were really outstanding good text alerts and nothing to much trouble. They were kind enough to add an additional number for an older person and to make sure they knew they were on their way and to alert others to make sure that person was aware.
