NAC Repair were great. Easy to book, good with communication on my repair booking and even though my original appointment was cancelled due to repair man being ill, they were quick to resolve the situation and offer a new booking the next working day. The repair man who came was polite, friendly and left everything clean. He took the time to explain what had broken too.

A well organised system for booking online and having a local engineer come out to do the investigation and repair. Problem was quickly identified, part ordered & installed a few days later….there was a w/end between the two. Reasonable price, quickly fixed and fridge is working perfectly again.

Great communication with the Service Department. The engineer arrived within the agreed time slot. Diagnosed the problem quickly, had the spare parts with him to fix the problem. The repair was carried out within an hour and the dishwasher is now back in action. I would certainly use this company again if I need appliances repairing in the future.
