Fast, efficient, friendly service

When I called NAC the operator came across as confident and polite so the customer service started then which is always good. I wasn’t asked a mountain of questions just simply my details, the issue and the appliance name. I was told I would receive a text the next day from the engineer, and guess what, I did! I wasn’t let down by the engineer either. He was on time and quick at diagnosing the issue which required a part, and believe it or not he had it on his van!
Excellent service from beginning to end. Definitely recommend.

They were brilliant. Called me to arrange an appointment in less than an hour. Came the next day. Were very friendly and fixed the problem. No issue since.

Easy to arrange an appointment to fix cooker and given a quote straight away. Engineer called back rapidly to confirm time and arrived promptly on that day, fixing the cooker within half an hour. Price exactly as quoted. Excellent service.

The engineer was very good, he knew exactly what was wrong within seconds of seeing my fridge and talked me through what he was doing and showed me how to spot the issue. He was open and honest about the repair, which I appreciate.
