Very helpful lady on the phone. Engineer came out within a couple of hours and was very friendly and sorted the problem.
Sally was very helpful in listening to the issue with my oven and arranging an engineer appointment for next day. Very efficient and smooth interaction.
After we reported a problem to NAC, about our stove needing a repair, an engineer who lived in our town contacted us to arrange when he could come to look at it. When he came we paid his call out fee and he told us he needed to contact the manufacturers to find out how much the replacement part would cost and he would then come back to us. This duly happened and after giving us the price ( this was much higher than the price shown on line) which we nevertheless accepted. Just before he ordered the part he came back and indicated that he had this part in stock for a next week customer repair and would come round that same day to finish the repair.
This duyl happened and now everything is working
It was easy to book and pay for the repair, approximate arrival time was confirmed the night before by text. The engineer turned up, checked the fridge, confirmed what part was faulty. I was sent an email and message with a link, to make the payment for the part and a date was arranged for the part to be fitted once it arrived. They made the whole process very easy and stress free.
Washing machine breakdown , easy to arrange next day appt. Super comms from Bill who was also able to give me an anticipated arrival time . Polite , professional , on time and got the job done as had the spare part with him. Well done all , highly recommended .
Jack arrived in the morning as promised,and actually fitted us in a day earlier than had been arranged- which was great.

Great Customer Service with next day engineer visit and a lot cheaper than the manufacturers quote (who’s earliest appointment was about 5 days later). The engineer was great and talked me through the issue and fixed it in around 90 mins. Thoroughly recommend for appliances outside of warranty.
Friendly, reliable service from start to finish. We were kept well informed of the cost off repairs and appointments. The engineers were also very friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience in both occasions. I would definitely recommend the company.

Mike kept me informed about his ETA and was within 15 minutes. Diagnosed w/m fault with tumble dryer heating as broken wires to thermostat. Repair successfully completed in about half hour. No parts, no additional cost. Excellent service: thanks, Mike!
