Engineer booked in by Maria who was very welcoming and efficient. Appointment was well organised and engineer arrived at the allocated time and managed to complete repair.

Through NAC I got local expert repairman Robert out within a couple of days to look at my dishwasher. I was given a clear time for the visit and Robert checked in with me to let me know he was on the way. He quickly examined the appliance, identified the problem and was very friendly throughout.
He returned the following week with the needed part and now the appliance is working brilliantly.
