Excellent company for service and value. I was kept informed about dates and time by e-mail and text and engineer Luke Kirtley arrived within the given timeframe. He was friendly and informed me of problem and timeframe for parts which was within a week. The machine was repaired and I was also supplied with a supply of cleaner to reduce limescale.
The execution of service is up to standards. May be you should consider the timelines on getting the spare parts if you can make that quick then I think it gonna improve the service much better.
