The tumble dryer was drying but not pumping out the water, I had already cleaned all filters as best I could. Paul checked everything and tested, spent a lot of time trying to find problem, in the end the machine worked, suggested that what I had done had cleared the problem, but I was reassured that there was no danger of fire. Paul was a lovely man and appologized for having to charge the call out fee. If any problems in the future would defo use again.
The person you sent to deal with the problem was very knowledgeable and very polite. He was swift and frankly I could not have asked for more.
I was having problems with my dishwasher where the cycle would start and then stop. The 1st and 3rd light would come on and the on/off button would start flashing. The engineer came out and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. So grateful he was able to identify the problem and fix it on the same day!
Very pleased with the service. The company kept regular contact with me advising me when the service engineer Chris would arrive. Chris was polite, efficient, friendly and above all, good at his job. Dishwasher fixed and one happy customer!

Responded to my enquiry and very quickly visited my home to assess the washing machine. Professional, friendly engineer who knew his stuff but asked for advice from others to ensure he did the right repair. There was an additional problem in my home to do with the plug and he helped me figure out what was needed. Price for reapirs was reasonable and they came quickly. On the return visit with parts to do the labour it was the same guy and he was quick and efficient while respecting my home. Would totally use the company again.

Would highly recommend NAC. Excellent communication about what to expect. Our fridge freezer is old but that wasn’t a problem. Hayden quickly confirmed the problem and arranged for a new part. All sorted quickly and efficiently. Very reasonable price too.
