Great experience lady on the phone (I believe her name was becky apologies if incorrect) Called late afternoon, they arrived the very next day. In the morning. Guy was very friendly. Fixed the issue (something was blocked which was causing the leak)

Although the engineer didn’t actually have to fix anything, he checked the machine thoroughly and gave me some great advice. He was a lovely guy and obviously knew his stuff. At least I now know what to do if the child lock is mistakenly activated!
