I phoned the firm after seeing an online advertisement for appliance repairs. I got an immediate response and I gave the information regarding the kitchen extractor hood in that needed repair. I rang back if few minutes later, again an immediate response. Took only 4 minutes to pay for an engineer call out which was arranged for the next day.

Very good service from NAC when our Zanussi dishwasher stopped working. Easy to reach you on the phone, and you were able to offer a same day appointment. Nick the engineer was very professional and friendly, and the problem was quickly sorted at a reasonable price.

Engineer arrived promptly and carried out an extensive inspection of our fridge freezer before telling us it was knackered and giving us a good explanation as to why this had happened . He also gave advise as to what fridge freezer to buy which was useful
