I called them, they came out 2 days later. The washing machine was not making the noise I heard. They checked it all any way.
2nd washs in, the noise was back. They came straight back out and found that rattling coin.

First class service, repair man arrived on the day that was booked and within the time slot, he sorted out the issue pretty quickly, fortunately washing machine did not need new parts.
