Washing machine started to make a knocking noise recently. As every just outside of warranty… engineer from NAC came out and had a look. Initially couldn’t find any obvious problems but noticed it wasn’t 100% level.. he tightened the nuts on one of the shock absorbers and leveled the machine out and that has fixed the knocking when spinning up during a cycle.

I honestly can’t fault my experience with NAC. I came across their page just two days ago after our dishwasher suddenly stopped turning on due to a door issue. That same evening I looked through their website and was able to book an appointment for just two days later, which was a huge relief as we didn’t have to wait weeks for someone to come out.
The day after booking, I received a follow-up text and email, and the engineer also gave me a call to walk me through everything. He clearly explained the process and the charges. Although I had already reviewed the terms on their website, it was really reassuring to see how open and transparent they are about their services and pricing before attending our home.
