I’ve used NAC twice now for two separate appliance issues, they have been excellent both times. The whole experience of using them is so easy – my phone call was dealt with by Beccy and I was given clear information about how the process works. An engineer came out to see me within 24 hours and I was kept updated as to timings at all stages. Jason the engineer was professional and focused, and explained everything clearly to me – including giving me some great advice as to how to prevent the problem from happening again. I always recommend them to friends and they will continue to be my go to option in the future.

My dishwasher broke down days before a big family event. This was a disaster for me as I was responsible for doing all the cooking and catering for the family gathering. I couldn’t remember the name of the company that repaired our dishwasher some years ago, but came across NAC on Google. Their booking process was extremely easy and I was able to book a repair within a day. The engineer was professional and friendly,
and also called in advance of his visit to advise his expected arrival. He diagnosed the problem promptly and within 45 minutes had rectified it. I have now kept the details of the company and will definitely use them next time an appliance breaks down. Thank you so much!
