Excellent efficient service

On phoning the call centre the operator was very friendly and efficient. We were booked in for the next day and the engineer came on time.
Christopher was very competent at locating the problem with our hob and cooker. Parts were needed which he had to order. Three days later we has back and fitted the parts quickly. He then demonstrated to me that all was working correctly. We have already recommended NAC to our friend.

My cooker was mended and I’m very pleased with the service and the the very nice nan who came out. He had to pull out my range cooker more than once it weighs a ton.

Competent experienced engineer quickly sorted things out. Well done.

Finally got someone who could fix my range cooker,kept in touch letting me know when they would come .Dave the engineer was very helpful, I would recommend this firm ,

Engineer was good – seemed to know what he was talking about and managed to get the dishwasher going again without needing any new parts. It was easy and convenient booking online, but the pricing was unclear (the quote said £80 but I was billed for £96) and when I looked again the quote said £75. The information said a three hour window for the visit but we were given a five hour window.
