From the first conversation with Yvonne to the handshake with Taff, NAC were a pleasure to work with. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable with a genuine interest in resolving my repair as soon as possible. I suppose it’s the classic test of good service, but I have already told friends and family how good my experience has been. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
It was So easy
Vlad turned up when he said he would and quickly diagnosed a faulty pump in my washing machine. We discussed the economics of repair v new and he ordered a proper Bosch part. Despite saying it would be 4-5 working days Vlad was back in 2 days and fitted the part quickly and efficiently. The team were great about working around my limited availability and were helpful personal and efficient.
I had excellent customer service from start to finish. The company was very understanding with my issue with the washing machine and gave me a slot to get this sorted as soon as possible. Our engineer Craig was very helpful and friendly on the day.

When our microwave packed up – at a very inconvenient time, when else, I searched for a replacement.
Then I decided to see if it could be repaired reasonably. I found NAC through a web search, booked the repair on-line and a call was confirmed for the next day. The engineer duly arrived, diagnosed the fault and returned a week later and repaired the machine.
The website is a gem. Intuitive and easy to use. The back office systems are superb, keeping me updated at every turn. I am very happy with the repair and, overall, the cost too.
My only slight reservation is that the advertising suggests next day repairs. In hindsight that is unrealistic whenever spares are needed – but spares must be needed in most cases so advertising next day repairs is perhaps a little misleading?
Overall I am very satisfied. The microwave is back as good as new at a fraction of the cost of replacement. Thank you NAC
