I have spoken to Yvonne this afternoon to arrange for an engineer to call at my house I have a temperamental cooker extractor, the experience I had with my call was wonderful Yvonne was helpful and kind, 5 star’s isn’t enough I would give 10. I’ve used this company before and I would recommend to anyone.

It was easy to make the appointment. I was kept up to date re arrival time of engineer. Engineer very pleasant and helpful and quickly identified and fixed the problem.
My telephone call was answered quickly by Kate who was very courteous, proficient and informative, preempting my questions before I had to ask. Very impressed and I’m quietly confident that the repair on my Miele oven – booked for tomorrow! – will be carried out in a professional manner.
I didn’t have to wait very long for a visit. I was kept informed of visitation times and these were adhered to.

Polite, punctual technician kept me informed in diagnosis of fault and repair needed. Part ordered online and paid means next visit by same technician automatically arranged. Washing machine fixed a few dats later. Only one call out charge covers the two visits needed. Highly recommend.
