Springs had broken on my dishwasher and found NAC through Google. Christopher came and assessed the problem and needed to order replacements. Very professional and advised procedure. When replacements arrived, text and email received to let me know repair date. Christopher returned with parts, fitted them, tested that everything was working fine and put all kickboards back in place. Really very good service and communication, and would definitely use again if needed.

Amazing service. I called NAC ,they sent engineer the following day, Mark the engineer was fantastic, diagnosed issue with in matter of minutes, ordered part, the part took couple of days understandably due to the weekend, he then came and fixed issue, again within minutes soon as part arrived .

Excellent service engineer was clean and tidy explained what was going to be done phoned in morning and they came that afternoon what better service will certainly use again and recommend. To friends

Great friendly service. Engineer called with time when on his way so no waiting around. Talked through fault he found with appliance and repaired. Good price also for call out and labour.

Ken the Engineer came to our rescue after our NEFF oven had decided to not to heat up was great. He contacted us to give us an expected time of arrival and arrived on time. We needed a new element, which he said would take a few days to get. He called us within 6 days and returned to fit the part. The oven is 9 years old and we had looked around and found that it would have cost us £900 to replace. By contacting NAC we saved over £750 on the replacement, had we gone ahead. Great service from a great, friendly, knowledgeable Gent. Will certainly use NAC again for kitchen appliance repairs.
