Coby the Engineer arrived promptly. He checked tested and diagnosed the problem with my 16/17 year old Samsung Fridge Freezer. He took time to explain the issue to me. I was quoted for the repair by the NAC Office within 15 minutes and confirmed I would go ahead. He was Professional, polite and knowledgeable and was respectful of my home. He returned a week later with new part and fitted it. I was very happy with the service from Coby and NAC. Thank you. Would happily recommend.

The engineers really tried to fathom the problem, which at first appeared confusing. They worked the problem until they figured out what was wrong. They then fixed it, having explained what they were doing at each stage. We now have an LG Fridge/ Freezer whose door alarm works as it should.

Moved into a house over the weekend and went to put on the washing machine on Sunday morning only to find it leaking everywhere! Oh no!

Thought about having to buy a new machine as it is fully integrated, but then had a brainwave to look for someone to repair it. The old “washer repair man” days are long gone – or so I thought.

It’s 2025, and not only is there still the ability to have someone come round to fix and service your white goods, but the way you book is now fit for 2025 too!

Simply found their website via a Google Search, used the simple website to book an appointment and paid the money for the visit. Got a text within minutes to confirm, then an appointment window for the next day arrived by lunchtime!

I even needed to speak to the team on Monday as I couldn’t make the timeslot, and the team were super helpful. The online chat bot is actually really intuitive too and one of the best I have used. I loved that their labour charge is a one-off charge – no matter how long the job takes. I’m sure that they have more quicker jobs than long, but having the confidence that if a big job breaks out it won’t cost me more is very comforting.

I will certainly be using NAC Repair again if I ever need someone to repair some of the whitegoods again.

Came out the same day to assess our broken Bosch combination oven/microwave. Identified the problem and came back a week later to repair our appliance when the spare parts arrived. Pleased with the service.
