The first big plus was that the engineer was able to come on the day that I called NAC. It’s a fixed fee for call out and labour so you know where you are with labour costs.
The engineer identified the fault quickly and rectified it there and then. A very good service.
Becky was very reassuring that the engineers will be able to look at our fridge quickly and be able to supply the evidence report we’ll need for claiming.
So far so good, let’s see what happens next…..
The technician was here within the allotted time and got straight on with the job explaining what he was doing in a very pleasant manner. He soon had the job done and was on his way.
