Excellent service and friendly and helpful engineer. Neil phoned to confirm appointment and arrived on time and fully explained the issue with the tumble dryer and was able to repair on the same day. I would recommend NAC Domestic appliances and will use them again for any other repairs I need-many thanks !

Very impressive! I phoned in the morning and was told and an engineer would be with me that day between 12 and 3pm. He arrived at approx 1pm and within 20 minutes my oven was fixed. Great service and at a good price. I would definitely recommend.

I was totally satisfied with the service that I received. It was first class. I had a problem with my washing machine which had stopped working.. I called NAC at abou9.45am to see if they could come and look into the problem. Their service engineer (Adrian) arrived at my house at about 10.15am and found the problem very quickly. The machine needed a parts replacement which he fitted immediately and Adrian left me with a fully functioning washing machine. Adrian was extremely friendly and courteous.
Neil the repairs engineer came on time. He found it difficult to pull out the dishwasher but he persevered and completed the repair successfully. The work took over 90 mins but he didn’t give up. Thank you.
