NAC determined the fault on my cooker, ordered the part required and fitted it within 5 working days at a cost that was less than that of the cooker manufacturer’s own service department.
Engineer text in the morning to check a good time then let us know when he was close. Got it fixed quickly and was helpful in explaining what happened and how to prevent it in future, nice, polite and efficient! Also super easy to book online without having to try and call directly or wait for a call back.
