Great customer service, easy to arrange and book an engineer next day service.Fixed price for engineer visit and labour costs. Excellent communications by email and txt with details of booking and update on engineer ETA. Prompt timely arrival of friendly, knowledgeable engineer who fixed the problem with full explanations and no mess. We needed a part to ensure our dishwashers continued performance and separate return visit this was easy to arrange online. Follow up visit also great, definitely would recommend.
