Prompt acknowledgement of my problem by a person (not robot / auto email) made me feel reassured that the solution was “in hand”, followed-up by a firm appointment being arranged. Arriving promptly and giving a full and clear explanation of how the symptoms were being interpreted, the likely causes and potential costs for repair. Gave good general maintenance advice and once fully diagnosed, ordered the parts required and fitted them within a week, again making a firm appointment and arriving promptly. Offered good advice on how to lengthen the life of my appliance and maintain it for full efficiency.
A great experience booking an engineer for the repair to my Samsung FF. The engineer diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came back to fix it. FF working again and I would recommend them again.
