I found NAC on the internet as my dishwasher came up with an error code, I arranged an engineer visit and paid online. The day prior to my visit I received a text stating a window of time that the engineer would arrive and was asked if that was suitable. The engineer arrived and was very professional, however, he was unable to repair my dishwasher as parts were needed to be ordered. I was given a quote for these parts and another date for the engineer to come back and do the repair. This was completed yesterday. Very professional company and yay my dishwasher is working again.

I booked online for a tumble dryer repair. Really easy process with loads of choices of dates. Had a message the morning of to give a time window. Engineer was friendly & knowledgeable and found the problem quickly. Part was ordered and he was back a week later to fix. Really happy with the whole process and will definitely use NAC again.
