Great service. Called to get my mum’s fridge door fixed and engineer visiting today. Call operator went out of her way to get me a same day call out. I’ve also had both of my oven elements replaced. Very professional company and engineers very tidy.

NAC was very helpful asking what the problem was how much it would cost .Engineer came out told us what the problem was had to order the part was without my washing machine for a week would recommend NAC to everyone.

Harry contacted before due slot and on arrival proceeded to diagnose the issue almost immediately on hearing the noise. He took care to undo the required panels and cleared the offending object from the fan.

When I broke the function control knob off my oven I was able to book a repair very easily through the NAC website. I was sent a confirmation and was given a date and a time frame. Once the engineer was on route I received a message. The engineer was brilliant. He was professional and efficient. He ordered the oven part and that evening I was notified of a return date for the same engineer to fit it. NAC provide an excellent service and I would highly recommend them.
Very simple and straightforward to organise. Updates and communication quick and seamless. They were the only place I could find for a repair for my gas cooker, and at a reasonable price too.
