I have a back injury so I was unable to do what the engineer did,
He unplugged the dishwasher and plugged it in to another outlet and and it came back to life. I’d of thought I would have got a little refund.

The gas oven was not working , it was the thermocouple that had broken . One was ordered from the manufacturer and two days later Mark came and fitted it . He turned up on time and I was surprised at how complicated the job was . I was quoted for the job including parts and there were no hidden charges.
Muj communicated brilliantly, arrived when he said he would and dealt with the issue swiftly and professionally. Awesome service.
From start to finish, my experience with NAC repair was outstanding. Yvonne dealt with my initial call in a professional and friendly manner. Stuart, who came to fix my washing machine, was helpful, efficient and communicated brilliantly throughout the process. He had to order a part and kept me informed as to when he would return to fit it AND he was on time!!!! I would definitely use NAC repair again.
