The engineer didn’t take long to identify the problem with my fridge freezer. He worked tidily and effectively to restore the freezer part to its former glory!
Appointment was arranged quickly and easily. Leton called ahead to let us know his eta and arrived when he said he would. This may seem like basic customer service but these days happens less and less! It’s important to me, hence I’ve mentioned it.

Very efficient. The engineer called the day after I rang in. He correctly assessed the problem with minimal disturbance. In my case the fridge-freezer was 15 years old and a repair more costly than replacement. Not being sure which manufacturer to buy or what specific size of appliance (it is an inbuilt appliance.) He recommended a manufacturer, and even gave me a screenshot of the specific appliance that would fit. Very professional from the lady I originally spoke to with the problem to the engineer. Very satisfied.

NAC Repair sent an engineer out to me next day. Sadly my fridge freezer was beyond repair, but the engineer explained why in detail that even I could comprehend. He was also able to help me to make the right decisions when looking for a replacement.
