After a freezer breakdown NAC managed to send out James who had the back off and the problem solved before everything was too far gone to re-freeze.
What more can I say job done within hours of even knowing there was a problem to solve.
Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to talk to, from the lady that answered the phone to the engineer that visited.
The engineer arrived on the afternoon of the call and was very respectful.
I would recommend NAC to anyone.
Helpful , professional customer service over the phone from Mathew. Appointment confirmed with follow up reminders. The engineer, Taylor,, was able to determine the fault in my Miele ice maker and fix it on site. Very pleased with the service overall.

While they were a little pricey the cost was justified by the work attitude.
Other people offering washing machine repairs told me they can not get bits to repair 12 year old Bosch machines and no one repairs anything over seven years old these days.

This company went the extra mile to ensure that my oven was fixed before a bank holiday weekend. With family staying this was such a relief and much appreciated.
Very easy process to book a convenient appointment. The engineer was polite, friendly and arrived on time as per my request. They then managed to sort out the issue of a new door opening handle for my washing machine. Very fairly priced as well. I would most certainly recommend to others.

Our Bosch washing machine would not switch off at the end of cycle. NAC engineer Plamen Kostadinov
could not find any fault with the machine; but had the experience to know the problem was caused by faulty water heater element which he replaced. Very satisfied with the service provided.
Excellent; quick and efficient
Very helpful. I needed a engineer to look at a faulty Hob in a house that I let. The receptionist who dealt with my call was very efficient and was as able to book an appointment very quickly.I would definitely recommend N.A.C. if you ever need an engineer fast.
