This review is just for the call, I’ll let you know about the repair once it’s happened. I got through to Yvonne on the second ring, no waiting and no call selections to be made. She was very helpful, clear and concise. My repair is happening tomorrow, the process was effortless and enjoyable. Hopefully the repair is as well.
The NAC online booking for the call out was very easy, I was a bit reluctant to pay upfront to guarantee a scheduled day but needed to. The engineer was on time and very respectful in our home, he identified the problem and a new part was ordered. Unfortunately on the day my repair was arranged the engineer injured his hand, I contacted NAC via online chat (again very easy and quick) and was soon rearranged a date for the repair which was completed with no issues. I would definitely recommend NAC and will use again.

The price that included vat and the service parts were extra all acceptable but after reading a revue I would check the price of the part it really is upsetting if you feel ripped off happily my experience was a good one

Engineer turned up on time – did work quickly and we were so relieved that the appliance could be repaired – we were told in advance the labour costs etc and all we had to pay on top was for the new part which was needed – very happy with the service and will certainly use this company next time we need a repair and would recommend it to others.
