Maria was my first contact very friendly lady she explained fully about the company and how I would be contacted by the engineer We chatted like friends and I was to expect Daniel who would call me to confirm.The night before I received a text giving me a time slot and the next morning a text to say he was on his way, Daniel arrived lovely chap ,quick job no extra charge very friendly too ,Both an asset to your company.

Though I was not able to get a quote from NAC, as they don’t have an engineer in my area, that works on the issue I had, they did guide me on how to find an engineer in my area on the Gas Safe Register. I thought it was worth the review, just for that, as that’s above and beyond.

Call handler was great. Now just need to see how the engineer is.

The engineer had fixed the problem (actually turned out to be two problems) within 10 minutes but waited to ensure the washing machine functioned correctly before leaving. Excellent service from NAC and engineer was obviously experienced and very professional

Very easy to book an appointment. Liked that you pay one fee regardless if the engineer needs to return to fit new part. Only had to pay for part. My dishwasher is now running perfectly. Would definitely use this company again.
