Having first contacted the manufacturer of my fridge freezer regarding its failure I was given an appointment date in excess of two weeks time with a ridiculously high call out charge as well.
I then contacted NAC was given an appointment time within a couple of days, Darryn, the engineer arrived on time diagnosed the problem, the replacement part was ordered and a week later it was fitted, he explained how to check that it was working properly and thankfully everything seems to be fine. All in all a very good service.
It is a pity however that the manufacturer does not regard customer after sales service a priority and it will certainly be in my mind if and when I need to replace the unit
