Yvonne was lovely and had our repair organised I no time. I haven’t used them before so was not sure was to expect but the repair man came on time mended my fan oven and it works perfectly. I was given a quote before the repair and it was as they said and no hidden costs. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
No hidden charges, Ben thoroughly checked our extraction hood and explained why there was no need for a repair as it was working as it should. and also explained what it would do if it wasn’t. Would definitely recommend NAC.

Yvonne took my call on our broken washer dryer – very friendly and efficient. She told me someone would contact me to arrange a repair for the following day. Within 30 minutes, Nico had rung me to arrange his visit.
He arrived within the given time slot – very pleasant, polite, left no mess and got the job done! As well as that, Nico answered all our questions without rushing us – he was brilliant.

Honestly the best company I have ever dealt with. I called NAC for help to repair my Miele washing machine after the service I received from Miele direct was too shocking for words. From the first telephone contact through to the repair, the service I received from NAC was truly exemplary. Nathan the engineer was absolutely wonderful and so polite and friendly.
