Hob and oven not wirking whilst i was caring for my disabled mother. Have Currys insurance bit gave a 10day appointment. Phoned NAC, not a problem from Yvonne on phone to Aleksander(Wizefiz) for repair. Came within 2 days and both items repaired.

The Specialist came the same day we called! And he repaired our faulty dishwasher on the spot (had all the necessary equipment with them, including the liquid the water sucking vacuum cleaner). They were very polite and obviously knowledgeable. Gave us some tips on the care and basic maintenance of our dishwasher to avoid future faults. Another point we really appreciated: no hidden costs. The same price the customer support mentioned to us was priced by the Specialist. No hidden fees, no added VAT, nothing sneaky. Very pleased and highly appreciate the service we received.
Excellent company to deal with. Extremely easy to book an appointment. automated messages to inform on progress of when the visit will be. Get informed the evening before the window of time they will be present. The online system makes it’s so easy to sort appointments out in the evening/when you’re trying to work. Would highly recommend.
So far, I can only comment on booking the job . Helen was very helpful and has arranged for the work for Monday which I am pleased about. It’s to repair an electric grill in my oven that has packed in.
